Is it ok to use hand moisturizers as face moisturizer?

My face moisturizer ran out, can I use hand moisturizer just for tonight?Is it ok to use hand moisturizers as face moisturizer?
If you have sensitive or break-out prone skin, I wouldn't. Hand creams tend be much richer with emollients that can irritate your skin more than it being dry, and you could have redness, clogged pores, or bumps in the morning.





If you're in a pinch, it's even better to take just a drop of pure olive oil and pat it lightly into your skin.

it's kind of okay. but usually face moisturizers are oil free which means you dont normally break out when you use them. but if you use hand moisturizer, which has more oil in it, you will probably break out and have clogged pores
Just for tonight. They are basically the same ingredients but hand moisturisers are thicker and harsher than face moisturisers. Just don't make a habit of it and you'll be fine
for a night- yes. just dont make it a habit when u run out because some of the chemicals in the hand moisturizers can make ur face oily. hope this helped!
personally i cant use it because my face is too oily
