Don't do it. Most hand/body lotions aren't non-comedogenic, meaning they contain oils or creams that will clog your pores and cause breakouts. If you're looking for a lotion that will double as a hand/face moisturizer, I would suggest buying Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion. It's super gentle and will keep you moisturized like crazy. It's available at any drugstore in the skincare aisle for around $10-$13.
