it makes your nails stronger and your skin softer.
at least in my experience.
ive been riding for five years now and i got that stuff for my other horse friend for her birthday along with a few other things.
i think it works great. it was originally made for horses hooves if they had bad feet and your just supposted to rub it into the hoof and then horse owners noticed that theyre nails were nice and strong
