If you ask any BBW associate, she'll probably recommend Look Ma, New Hands. It is part of the True Blue Spa line, so it is very moisturizing and it has paraffin in it, which is really good for dry hands. It has a light, citrus fragrance, so it's pretty unisex.
There are also the Quince products in the CO Bigelow line that are really good, although more expensive.
As for fragrance, Japanses Cherry Blossom, Sweet Pea and Warm Vanilla Sugar are our top three selling fragrances. These all come in a nice hand lotion as well. (In addition to hand soap, lotion, shower gel, home fragrance products, the works.)

i dont use specific hand moisturizer i use the shea extra thick lotion its like body butter and i think that the best scent would be the japanese cherry blossom
