Is it advisable to use antiseptic alcohol based hand cleanser gels on little kids below 5 years (for emergency use)? I have browsed for these cleansers and have come across several brands such as Nexcare, Purell, EO etc. Can the kids ingest the alcohol base and get sick soon after their hands are cleansed?Are antiseptic hand cleanser gels suitable for children?
Read the label on the bottle.
The 'emergency' would mean they have serious germs on their hands and no presence of water to clean with, right?
I would say that using these cleansers on children is not suitable.
