sba.gov They have put regulations, etc. across agencies that you will need to comply with. Also, you should find a SCORE counselor near you and meet with him/her. Also check with your local city hall for local licensing requirements....Good Luck!

Help! is it a bad idea to use hand lotion/ moisturizer in my hair?
i like to keep my hair 'kinda' greasy, so its not all dry, frizzy and crap, but i need the 'havent washed my hair for a month' look right now....so i just had the idea to put hand lotion in my hair....how much of a bad/ good idea is this o_o?!Help! is it a bad idea to use hand lotion/ moisturizer in my hair?
Using lotion or moisturizer in your hair is not a ';Bad'; idea, because lotions and moisturizers contain similar ingredients as moisturizing hair products. Test it out and see, the worst that can happen is you'll have to wash it out! No big deal.
However, if you have a sensitive scalp, a heavy hand cream could cause irritation/maybe clog pores if you are really rubbing it on to your scalp. Aside from that, you might want to try a product that will do specifically what you want, like maybe a hair wax or pomade type product.
Good luck and hope that helps!Help! is it a bad idea to use hand lotion/ moisturizer in my hair?
your gonna get greasy hair lol.. but i dont think its bad..
HORRIBLE IDEA!! Go wash your hair! There are ways to make your hair not dry and frizzy with still washing your hair... its called conditioner.
There's other things you can use besides hand lotion. look into that...it may not do any harm to your hair but i don't think it's a good idea to use it.
I've heard that in a pinch, using hand lotion is legit. A product made for frizzy hair would work much better tho. My fave is Fekkai Glossing Cream. Its expensive, but works like magic on the frizzies and makes my hair so shiny! You'll love it!
umm I wouldn't use lotion. I have this problem as well though! Just take a tiny bit of Olive Oil, rub it around in your palms and run it through your hair. It will look great, smell great, and be extra soft :)
um i dont think its a really good idea...
Lotion won't make your hair that greasy. Try using hair grease. They have grease or pomade for all textures of hair.
using lotion in your hair is not bad.. just don't use too much. i use it sometimes.. mostly when my hair is crazy.. to calm it down when i am out. oh and make sure to wash it out eventually.. hope this helpsss!! =]

What is your preferred hand lotion/moisturizer?
I'm a guy, so I have no idea what to look for when I walk into the store. I need something for dry, cracked, and particularly ashy skin. I bought Gold Bond Ultimate Skin Healing Therapy Lotion with aloe, but it doesn't work very well; it just makes my hands oily despite the claim that it doesn't, and it doesn't really moisturize or make my hands any more smooth or less ashy. It just makes them less cracked. Any suggestions? By the way, I eat plenty of vitamins and minerals, take daily supplements, and drink plenty of water, so I know that's not the problem. What is your preferred hand lotion/moisturizer?

Is there a difference between regular hand vs. facial moisturizers?
Every time I shave my skin looks like death for like 5 hours because its so dry. It also bleeds a lot now that its cold out. Can I just put some regular hand moisturizer on it or is there a major difference between that and facial moisturizer? Is there a difference between regular hand vs. facial moisturizers?
The biggest differences between most hand moisturizers and most face moisturizers are: 1) fragrance 2) dyes 3) alcohol content. Face moisturizers are usually more gentle (so they don't burn), so they are formulated with lower levels of fragrance and alcohol content. However, a fragrance-free hand moisturizer without any isopropyl alcohol will probably be fine for your skin. Some hand moisturizers will burn your skin after shaving (as will some face moisturizers, even post-shave moisturizers). Be sure to pick one for sensitive skin, especially if you've nicked yourself.
It does sound like you need to be using a special cleanser for your face instead of soap, though, if you're using soap (that you also use on your body). If your skin is that dry, try using Dove soap for sensitive skin (unless you have acne). You'll find that your skin is far less dry and tolerates shaving easier. You should also be using a moisturizing shaving cream (like Aveeno Shave Gel), since I assume you're shaving with a razor. Be sure to replace your razor blade or disposable razor regularly to ensure that you're getting a good, quality shave. This will help minimize nicks and cuts.cosmetics brands

Hand and body moisturizer?
I'm searching for a mildly fragrant moisturizer for extra dry skin. Need suggestions?Hand and body moisturizer?
I've found over the last 42 years of my life that the best thing to put on your body that stays and helps really dry skin is not a lotion, but a body butter. Any type is good, it makes your skin silky and smooth, and helps with all the dryness... I personaly like a Bed and Body butter, any type and they ALL smell good......
Good luckHand and body moisturizer?
Hempz Herbal Lotion has a little more that a mild fragrance, but it is very pleasant and as a lotion/moisturizer, it is excellent.
Clarins Hand and Nail Treatment cream is lovely and doesnt leave your hands sticky, and clinique do a really nice body butter.

What is a good and cheap moisturizer for hands with eczema?
my doctor said i should get moisturizer for my hands,
what is a good and cheap one that i can get at target? What is a good and cheap moisturizer for hands with eczema?
It is not for eczema but it will work, use Cetaphil. It has no fragrence and it is non-comedogenic.What is a good and cheap moisturizer for hands with eczema?
my dermatologist told me to use plain Vaseline. or a generic brand of petroleum jelly. only thing is it makes your hands shiny and greasy, so i usually only put it on at night before i go to bed.
don't ever look for cheap when it comes to your health. you don't need a retail moisturizer, just use olive oil or flax seed oil and massage in. they contian the ingredients you need to get rid of eczema, store products don;t.
