i used it twice and the acne turned really light red

i wouldn't do that. hand sanitizer is really strong and it will dry out your face and make your acne even worse because your skin will produce even more oil to compensate for the dryness. if you want to get rid of acne, you should wash your face every day when you wake up and before you go to bed preferably with a face wash (exfoliating is probably the best, you can buy it at any cvs or any drug store like that) and then always use a moisturizer so your face doesn't dry up
You should Not use Hand Sanitizers, or Anti bacterial dish washing liquid on you face because it kills the good Bacteria along with the bad.


There are good bacteria on your face which do eat the oils and killing them will make you face one big pimple.
use toothpaste instead, dab a little on best at night, put a bandaid on, in the morning it should be almost gone
well its not good for your face if you want to get rid of acne it is just for getting disgusting things out, not acne
you are making your skin much worse if you put that on.
